With a background in law, Gigi discovered her love for the food and beverage industry while working as a Cafe Supervisor in London. Since then, she has been building a successful career in the industry, most recently as an Assistant Manager and now as a co-owner of Tolpuddle Cafe.

Gigi is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere at Tolpuddle Cafe. She is a certified barista with a knack for crafting the perfect latte or cappuccino. She is also an animal lover with a soft spot for dogs and cats.

Gigi brings a positive, enthusiastic, and engaged approach to every aspect of her work, even under pressure. As a co-owner of Tolpuddle Cafe, she is committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and minimizing carbon emissions to protect the environment while ensuring customer happiness.
