1. Catering Enquiries
All catering requests submitted through our website, forms or advertisements are subject to availability and confirmation by Tolpuddle Cafe. Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee a booking until confirmed by our team.
2. Quotes & Pricing
Prices provided are based on the information supplied at the time of enquiry. Final pricing may vary depending on menu selection, number of guests and specific requirements. All quotes are valid for a limited period and will be confirmed in writing.
3. Orders & Confirmation
Catering orders must be confirmed in advance. Any changes to an order should be communicated as early as possible. We reserve the right to decline or amend orders if changes are requested at short notice.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations must be communicated in writing. Cancellation terms, including any applicable charges, will be outlined at the time of booking confirmation.
5. Dietary Requirements
We aim to accommodate dietary requirements where possible. Customers must inform us of any allergies or special dietary needs at the time of enquiry or booking. While we take care, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
6. Delivery & Collection
Delivery times are agreed in advance and are subject to local conditions. While we aim to deliver on time, delays caused by factors beyond our control cannot be guaranteed against.
